Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital Products (STL Files, Packs, Downloads) All digital files are sold "as-is" and are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Because digital files can be downloaded and copied immediately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, compatibility issues after download, or similar reasons. We strongly recommend using our free test prints (e.g., FG Rock 1) to verify compatibility with your printer and slicer before buying full packs.
